Jerome (Jerry) Levine:
Jerry is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer Consultant. He has gained his experience by working in HVAC corporations, moving up and leading those corporations and in building and maintaining his own engineering consulting practice. Jerry employs his decades of personal hands-on experience and hard-earned expertise on every project in which he is involved. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Jerry’s professional career started in the Eastern States Heating Corporation, in New Rochelle, New York where he began as a Mechanical Engineer. Jerry became Executive Vice President of the HVAC and General Contracting Division and ultimately purchased all outstanding shares and assumed the position of President and CEO, where he remained for a number of years. After twenty plus years Jerry sold the company in order to fully develop his own consulting practice. In 1966, Jerry started an Engineering Consulting company to serve the building trades, the architectural profession, the legal profession and the insurance industry.
Jerry has had significant experience as an expert witness for the legal profession, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving: The Building Industry, The Mechanical Trades, Consumer Products, OSHA, HVAC, NFPA, Air Quality, New York City and New York State and City Building codes. Jerry has testified as an expert witness in the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as well as the City of New York.
Jerry holds a US Patent for HVAC Apparatus (US Patent # 4,471,762) and is a member of the following organizations:

Jerry was the owner and principal consultant of JGL Consulting, Inc.
On March 1, 2007 JGL Consulting, Inc. merged with Fidellow Consulting, Inc. to form Levine Fidellow Consulting, Inc.
